Hannity’s Headlines: Sean Tears Into The Media In Post-Debate Analysis

Sean Tears Into The Media In Post-Debate Analysis
No matter who you believe won Wednesday night’s CNBC Republican primary debate, there was one clear loser: the mainstream media. In the closing moments of Wednesday’s Hannity, Sean unleashed on the media with both barrels for their shameless performance.

WATCH: Sean Tears Into The Media In Post-Debate Analysis

“You know I’ve got to tell you something,” Sean began, “Between the comments of Ted Cruz tonight, and the comments of Marco Rubio tonight and the comments of Chris Christie tonight and the comments of Mike Huckabee tonight, you know, I’m looking at The Drudge Report and ‘The debate was an encyclopedic example of liberal media bias.’ You know what? This is going to go down in history as a really bad night for the media.”

Is Congress About To Hand President Obama Unlimited Spending Power?
Kentucky Senator Rand Paul is standing firm against the budget deal that made it through the House on Wednesday. The two-year deal won the approval of 79 Republicans and 187 Democrats and will now make its way to the Senate.
According to Paul, the budget deal will hand President Obama  a virtual blank check when it comes to spending.
“Do you know that they’re going to raise the debt ceiling by an unspecified amount?” Paul said on Wednesday night’s Hannity. “They’re giving the power to President Obama, in his final year, to spend whatever he wants to spend. No limits. There will be no limits on the debt ceiling when this passes. This is horrendous.”

Senator Paul is considering a filibuster to stop the deal from coming to the Senate floor for a vote.
“Why have Republicans allowed this to happen?” Sean asked the Kentucky Senator. “Since [John Boehner] has been Speaker, the debt has gone up 4.1 trillion dollars. That doesn’t sound like a party of limited government to me.”

“It bothers me also,” Paul responded. “Paul Ryan is going to vote for this increase in the debt, which is an unlimited increase in the debt.”

Paul claims that the spending is the result of an “unholy alliance” between the right and the left in Washington. “The right gets what they want, increased military spending, and the left gets what they want, increased domestic spending, and there’s sort of a secret handshake, and all the spending goes up but they’re bankrupting the country.”

Hannity’s Headlines: Mexican Drug Cartels Smuggling Terrorists into Texas

Mexican Drug Cartels Smuggling Terrorists into Texas

While the Obama Administration is busy planning to grant executive amnesty for even more illegal immigrants, Mexican drug cartels are busy smuggling individuals from countries with terrorist ties into a small town near El Paso, TX.

According to Judicial Watch, the individuals-classified as “Special Interest Aliens”-are being smuggled via farm roads (rather than highways) to avoid Border Patrol and law enforcement barriers.

Judicial Watch says their law enforcement and intelligence sources confirm that these aliens are also being smuggled through border region airfields, including the Horizon Airport (formerly known as the West Texas Airport).

Couple this report with a 2013 study by the Center for Immigration Studies that found that “98 percent of the approximately 550,000 individuals on the terrorist watch list are foreign-born. Roughly 10,000 to 20,000 on the watch list reside within the United States” and it isn’t hard to see we have a major problem on our hands.

When will the Obama Administration and governing elites realize that the first step to preserving America and protecting her citizens is to close the borders?
Something has got to change.

An Early Poll Lead Is Not Always Best
As the race for President continues to heat up, we’ve seen resilient Donald Trump grab a larger lead in the race for the GOP Presidential nomination. Monmouth University released a poll showing Trump with a 14 percent lead over former Florida Governor Jeb Bush. It’s clear that Trump is shaping up to be the one to beat but we’ve seen this story before.

In 2012, just before the Florida GOP Primary, Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich had a 9 point lead over Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney. As the field narrowed with the departure of former Senator Rick Santorum and Congressman Ron Paul, Gingrich found it more difficult to maintain his momentum and eventually, Romney found his footing and pulled through.

Over the next few weeks we will see a significant change in the polls as the 17 candidate field starts to whittle down. If Donald Trump is sitting with this same lead by the middle of September, we may indeed know who’ll be facing Hillary Clinton… if she can survive her own troubles.

Hannity’s Headlines: Rise of the Conservative Rebellion

Rise of the Conservative Rebellion
On Friday we saw Senator Ted Cruz chastise Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell for his part in fostering a deal to revive the controversial Export-Import Bank. Perhaps in a more bold attack of the GOP leadership, Cruz said “We’ve had a Republican majority in both houses of Congresses now for about six months. What has that majority done? First thing we did, in December, we passed a $1 trillion omnibus plan filled with pork and corporate welfare. Then this Republican majority voted to fund Obamacare, voted to fund President Obama’s unconstitutional executive amnesty. And then the leadership rammed through the confirmation of Loretta Lynch as attorney general. Madam President, which of those decisions would be one iota different if Harry Reid were still majority leader? Not a one. Not a one.” You can watch Cruz’ full remarks on Politico.com.

LISTEN: Sean’s interview with Sen. Cruz

Republican Senator Orrin Hatch countered by saying, “Squabbling and sanctimony may be tolerated in other venues and perhaps on the campaign trail, but they have no place among colleagues in the United States Senate.”

I couldn’t disagree more. Senator Cruz’s remarks will, hopefully, give rise to the Conservative Rebellion in the House and the Senate. This is the beginning of the crumbling of establishment republicans getting away with preserving their power and being weak and timid.

Hopefully the flood gates will begin to open and other conservatives in the House and the Senate will join Senator Ted Cruz to create a revitalized and relevant Republican party.

Authorities ignore US mosques at center of Islamic terror Attacks
Over the weekend, the New York Post reported that U.S. authorities are ignoring the connection between radical Muslims and the mosques they attend.

The post article says: “Property records show the mosque attended by the terrorist who killed US soldiers at a base in Chattanooga, Tenn. is affiliated with the same Islamic group at the mosques patronized by the Boston Marathon bombers and the 9/11 hijackers who attacked the Pentagon.”

The mosques are all connected to the North American Islamic Trust which-in 2007-was designated by the U.S. Justice Department as an “unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorist financing case in American history.”

Will this Administration ever put political correctness aside and do what’s necessary to protect the American people?

Hannity’s Headlines: Advice for Donald Trump

Sean’s Advice to Donald Trump
Sean advised Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump that he should “look at [his] negative numbers, and pick [his] fights.”Hannity said that he likes Trump, and many of the other candidates, and praised him for getting the country’s attention on immigration and the treatment of veterans. Sean also described the “energy” Trump brought to the campaign as “awesome,” “especially in the light of the weak, the timid, the pathetic Republican leadership in Washington.”LISTEN: Sean gives Trump advice for his campaignSean praised Trump for releasing Senator Sen. Lindsey Graham’s personal cell phone number which was “hilarious,” and added that Graham “deserved it.”Sean then shifted, and talked about what he would do if he was Trump’s campaign manager, which he said was in response to comments he had read on Breitbart. He stated that Trump has the nation’s attention, but pointed out that polls at this stage “don’t mean a whole hell of a lot.” Hannity pointed out that at this time in 2007, Rudy Giuliani was topping the polls and Fred Thompson was in second place, while Michele Bachmann, Rick Perry, Herman Cain, and Newt Gingrich all led in the polls back in 2011. He continued that the first thing he would say to Trump is, “this is a marathon, it’s not a sprint,” and that he would remind Trump of the history of polling.

Hannity added, “He [Trump] needs to look at the negatives that he is drawing in,” and cited a Quinnipiac poll that showed Trump either dead last, or second to last among presidential candidates in favorability versus unfavorability numbers in Colorado, Iowa, and Virginia.

ISIS Turns Varsity, Officially
It was January 27th, 2014 when President Obama now famously told The New Yorker in response to questions about ISIS, “The analogy we use around here sometimes, and I think is accurate, is if a jayvee team puts on Lakers uniforms that doesn’t make them Kobe Bryant.” Fast forward nearly eighteen months later to FBI Director James Comeytestimony at a Senate Judiciary Committee that ISIS’ power had proven greater than that of Al Qaeda.I have spent a significant amount of time since August 19th, 2014, the day James Foley was brutally beheaded by ISIS forces, trying to convince the American people that ISIS is more than a junior varsity basketball team. Even CNN polling now shows that over 68% of Americans think ISIS is a threat to our security. They think that because they’re right! It took President Obama over a year to react to ISIS in any real way. That’s not the leadership we need to move this country in the right direction and it’s certainly something we need to consider on election day.

Hannity’s Headlines: Criminal Aliens and November

Latest Stats on Criminal Aliens Will Make Your Blood Boil
The Washington Examiner reported this week that some 276 sanctuary cities released over 8,000 illegal immigrants with criminal records “despite federal requests that they be turned over to ICE for deportation.”

Even worse, according to the Center for Immigration Studies, these 8,000 criminals were all released in the span of just 8 months.

The organization also reported that “many of those illegals have been rearrested after their release and charged with nearly 7,500 new charges, including child sex abuse.”

Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton’s campaign had the audacity to double down on her support for sanctuary cities last week saying that Hillary has supported them for years and believes that sanctuary cities can help “further public safety.”

So-in other words-Hillary is supporting a system that is inevitably getting innocent Americans killed.

What Do I Want To See In November?
There are a few polls out that are showing the GOP may be catching up in the race for the White House. With this in mind, I have one piece of advice for the GOP, and I’ve said this so many times throughout my career, but it’s absolutely the key to victory. What’s the advice?

Republicans absolutely need to have an inspiring vision for this country and whoever the nominee is will need to build a backbone for his or her contemporaries in Congress. When our Congress had the chance to balance the budget, they failed. When our Congress had the chance to kill Obama Care, they failed. When our Congress had the chance to not raise the debt ceiling, they failed. We need a principled leader to give these guys the courage to stand for conservative principles, because conservative principles work!

What am I looking for in my president? It’s really simple. I’m looking for a strong and principled person who is Constitutionally supportive with a conservative vision. I need someone who believes we need to balance our budget so that we can stop robbing our kids blind. I need someone who believes in energy independence so we don’t have to go, hand-and-foot, to countries that hate our guts.

There are basic things that can rally the Americans people and simple ideas that can offer real solutions to our problems. How about someone who will stand up and recognize ISIS, that shouldn’t be hard to do!

Hannity’s Headlines: Trump Fired

This does not implied that we agree or disagree with Mr. Trump’s remarks that have been the main focus of discussion by the main stream liberal media, it is about their hypocrisy, the cover up of some of their “darlings” who have said made vicious remarks, offensive, and some lies, and yet they get a free pass, alas; Al Sharpton, Jessee Jackson, Hillary Clinton,  Brian Williams, BHO, Eric Holder, the Mayor of New York City, etc, etc. also lets not forget that NBC/Universal owns MSNBC………
Read below Sean Hannity’s op-ed.

Hannity's Headlines E-Newsletter
Trump Fired
NBC Universal announced yesterday that they are severing all business ties with Donald Trump because of some derogatory comments he made about immigrants.  I don’t want this to sound arrogant because it’s not meant to be, but I don’t know anybody in the media now who has been as close to the border as I have been.  I have seen tunnels that go from Mexico to San Diego.  I have seen warehouses filled with more drugs than you can shake a stick at.  We have more than eleven million people who have crossed the border into this country.
I know what these guys are dealing with.  I know all of the crimes that are committed by the criminals crossing the border into America.  So what did Trump say that was so controversial?

America has become a dumping ground for everybody else’s problems.  It’s true.  When Mexico sends its people, they don’t send their best.  They’re sending people with lots of problems.  They’re bringing drugs.  They’re bringing crime.  Some, I assume, are good people.  I speak with border guards and they tell us what we’re getting.  It only makes common sense.  This has got to stop and it has to stop fast.

We have a problem in this country when CNN calls these remarks “rationally tinged.”  I covered many of the problems with the border on ‘Hannity‘ but the point is Trump was telling the truth.  Trump talked about drugs.  If you’ve seen the warehouses I’ve seen filled with drugs, you’d know he’s telling the truth.  The people who are coming over the border are, naturally, those who have not found success in Mexico.

Donald Trump is recounting what we already know, the border with Mexico is a dangerous place and its security needs to remain at the forefront of our national discussion during the 2016 elections.

So Why Don’t We Have A Fence?
So with all of the debate that has gone on since the 2000 election, it really makes you wonder why the United State doesn’t have a larger fence on the border? We’ve seen the chaos at the border time and time again and yet nothing has been done.  Why?  Simple.  Politics.

If we wanted one we would have put it up.  Democrats are looking at a long-term strategy hoping that many who cross the border will have citizenship and they’ll be Democrats.  They’re thinking, strategically, that they can force a demographic switch that will benefit them politically.  On the Republican side, they’re being short-sighted as usual.  There is pressure from Big Business who is in search of cheap labor.

So we ask, why haven’t we secured our borders?  The answer is.  Politicians haven’t wanted to solve this problem.

Hannity’s Headlines: Threat To American Democracy

Threat To American Democracy
I’m still having trouble with last week’s ruling by the Supreme Court that effectively legalized same-sex marriage.  To be clear, it’s not as much my personal belief.  I have my beliefs which are routed in what I believe in my heart as a Christian.  What bothers me the most is that the issue of same-sex marriage was being resolved by the people of the United States before the courts intervened.  Throughout the country, there was a clear majority of Americans who disagreed with me and supported same-sex marriage.  Whether we like it or not, you have to respect the will of the people.  The Supreme Court though wanted to short-circuit the national debate and they did so on the weakest possible legal grounds.

Five unelected and unaccountable justices have decided that marriage is no longer exclusively between a man and a woman. There is an arrogance behind this decision. The feeling that the majority on the Supreme Court feel they’re empowered to dictate policy and grant rights not covered in the Constitution. The Supreme Court is now a threat to American democracy. While I believe that to be true, those are the words of Justice Antonin Scalia!  As Justice Scalia wrote in his dissent:

“This practice of constitutional revision by an unelected committee of nine, always accompanied (as it is today)       by extravagant praise of liberty, robs the People of the most important liberty they asserted in the Declaration       of Independence and won in the Revolution of 1776: the freedom to govern themselves.

There are a couple of separate issues here.  First, is same-sex marriage a good thing or a bad thing.  On that question, people of good faith can disagree.  The second issue though is that the Supreme Court is usurping a power that belongs to us, the American people.  The Supreme Court cannot and should not set policy, that’s the job for the legislature. Mark my words.  The next line of attack will be on religious institutions that still hold to the traditional view of marriage.

The Liberty Amendments
The time is now, and I know there are some who are making progress on this, to get very strongly behind the convention of the states.  Constitutionally, this is one tool that our framers gave us to get America on the right track.  I believe our founding fathers envisioned a strong federal government might derail American liberties.  There are very strong forces at work that want to fundamentally transform this country and it is time that we take back the power that was taken by the federal government and return it to the States.

As my friend Mark Levin pointed out in his book last year, The Liberty Amendments, the Constitution grants us the ability to control the direction of our country through the application of laws and we can modify the Constitution to include “Liberty Amendments.”  Things like term limits, limiting the size of government and protecting private property rights would all live with the proposed “Liberty Amendments.”

Here’s where you can find “The Liberty Amendments.”

Hannity’s Headlines: 2016 Field Grows

2016 Field Grows
As Hillary Clinton launches her campaign (again), Jeb Bush and Donald Trump enter the race for the GOP nomination. Both Bush and Trump will have their respective hours on Hannity in what is shaping up to be a busy week.

Democrats have been quick to criticize Jeb Bush for a number of issues, big and small. His logo, for example, is “Jeb!” Democrats take this to mean that he is scared to use his own last name. In an age where many Americans say they do not want dynasties in our political system, that’s an easy jab. But one could also consider it a statement on Jeb’s part that he is his own man.

At the end of the day, this race isn’t going to be won or lost because of slogans and logos. What will ultimately matter are ideas and connecting with the voters.

This is where Hillary Clinton fails, big time.

It’s no secret that Hillary isn’t exactly as charismatic as her husband, nor Barack Obama. This is why it is interesting that Hillary’s campaign is seeking to remake the Obama coalition, when they fail to recognize that she lacks one key ingredient: She’s not Barack Obama.

Couple her lack of likeability with her scandals and baggage, her lack of trustworthiness, and he lack of real accomplishments while in office, and it is shaping up to be a difficult road for Hillary.

I’ve said it before: Hillary is, at best, a mediocre candidate. This is the case for all of the reasons stated above.

And Hillary is not operating in an isolated bubble on the Democratic side of the ticket. Bernie Sanders is making some real headway in the polls. While Clinton is still the front-runner, her numbers are slipping. Meanwhile, Bernie Sanders is gaining. A new survey of Democratic New Hampshire voters show 32% would support Sanders. Now, compare that to 44% who say they will support Clinton, but 32% is still an impressive showing!

Sanders is running a hard Left campaign, which is no surprise. In his quest to turn America into a European-socialist utopia, Sanders has been pushing ideas like free college education and guaranteed paid vacation.

Hillary Clinton has decided to run on a similar side of the Democratic aisle. She is running a hard-Left campaign that is diametrically opposite of what Bill Clinton did in the 1990s. If she were smart, she would have gone this route. But instead, Hillary’s campaign goal is to divide us along charged social issues such as gay marriage. She also seeks to demonize the rich and successful, which is comical if you consider how rich the Clintons are, earning $30 million in the last 16 months alone.

Her ideas are tired and worn. They are a throwback to the 1960s. And yet Hillary has the amazing audacity to claim that Republicans are running on the ideas of yesterday.

What you saw on Saturday was a woman trapped in the past, with baggage on top of it, with people not trusting her and unable to name anything impressive that she’s achieved. This is the moment she should be riding high, but instead she is struggling.

Benghazi Back in the News
Unfortunately for Hillary Clinton’s campaign, Benghazi is once again back in the news.

This week, Hillary friend and unofficial advisor Sidney Blumenthal is before the House Select Committee on Benghazi.

Blumenthal was acting as an unofficial advisor on Libya to Hillary while she was Secretary of State.

It turns out that some of Clinton’s Benghazi emails linked to Blumenthal had been withheld from the committee … until now.

What is it going to take to have full transparency from Hillary and the State Department when it comes to Benghazi?

Hannity’s Headlines: Clinton Family Troubles

Clinton Family Troubles

By Sean Hannity
The week is off to a rough start for Hillary Clinton. This is because her husband, her brother and the Clinton Foundation have managed to make headlines for all the wrong reasons.

Let’s begin with Hillary’s brother, Tony Rodham. He has managed to make headlines after the New York Times revealed information contained in legal documents which show Rodham admitting that he used the Clinton Foundation to further his own business deals. The deal cited by The Times took place in the wake of the earthquake in Haiti when Rodham landed a multi-million dollar contract to rebuild homes in the country.

Then we have Bill. A headline in the Washington Post over the weekend reads, “Clinton campaign’s dilemma: What to do with Bill?” It goes on to describe the latest conference hosted by Clinton in Morocco in “an opulent 56-room palace” complete with Arabian horses, decorative swimming pools, palm trees, chauffeurs and “a fine-dining menu of ‘biolight’ cuisine.” Even more ostentatious was the list of those attending the conference, including foreign oligarchs and corporate titans of industry.

The Post goes on to ask, “It was a long way from Hillary Clinton’s campaign-trail visits to Chipotle. The luxe week in Morocco highlighted the over-arching question facing the Clintons and their co-existing circles of political advisers: What to do with Bill?”

The juxtaposition between Hillary Clinton’s painfully inauthentic attempts to be a woman of the people are laughable when you consider the fact that her husband is pulling in $500,000 a speech and hobnobbing with some of the riches people in the world.

Many are starting to wonder what would (or should) become of the Clinton Foundation, should Hillary become president. Experts point out that there are no established rules for this sort of situation. Even during her time as Secretary of State, the rules governing her Foundation were less than clear and the Clintons took full advantage of this.

The fluidity between the foundation, speeches and any influence over America’s foreign policies are beyond concerning and may verge on criminal.

Bill Clinton, for example, was paid upwards of $200,000 by Chinese government entities to give speeches … just days after his wife, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, announced the U.S.’ infamous “pivot to Asia.”

Reuters reports today, “The Clinton Foundation has acknowledged that the government funding totals omitted from their tax returns cannot be found on their website either, despite the foundation’s acting chief executive officer earlier suggesting they were available there … The foundation’s acknowledgement means precise totals for government grants to the charity for the last three years of Clinton’s four-year tenure as secretary of state have still not been publicly disclosed.”

That last line is key; We still do not know the full extent to which foreign governments may or may not have influenced Hillary Clinton’s decisions as Secretary of State because the Clinton Foundation has yet to fully reveal, in a truly transparent way, funding it received from foreign governments at the time.

There’s widespread agreement that the Clintons are less than trustworthy. According to a recent Bloomberg Politics poll, “Nearly six out of 10 likely general-election voters said neither Bill nor Hillary Clinton can be trusted to tell the truth.” Nearly half of these general-election voters have an unfavorable opinion of Clinton. However, she is, by far, the most favored candidate among likely Democratic voters.

Hillary Clinton’s image isn’t just about herself. She has to consider how Bill, Chelsea, her family and her Foundation all play into her image as a potential presidential nominee.
